Suggestion: ban the Calculator Weather Controller in Age of Engineering

For those unfamiliar with it, this machine allows you to individually set night/day, thunder, and rain status, for a paltry 250,000 RF per activation.
It can be legitimately crafted at age 8 (as it needs the Atomic Calculator) for, by that time, not incredibly hard-to-get materials --- even earlier if you get lucky and the Analyzing Chamber spits out an Atomic Calculator at its 0.01% chance.

Rule 25 in /rules says:
"Please remember that this is a multiplayer server, not your own singleplayer world."

Yet this item allows players at the pack's midpoint to not only change the time of day at a whim, but also cancel rain if they don't feel like dealing with it.
On the SonarSonic/Calculator wiki, it's noted that the Daylight and Rain Sensors are specifically designed to be used with it to cancel out unwanted day/night and rain. When certain people are logged into the server, it's constantly daytime and clear because they have it automated to be, through this direct method or other mods' condition sensors; the Controller responds to standard redstone signals.

Several of the better early-game EU and RF power generators are boosted considerably by rain/thunder, and crop growth is improved for certain farm setups. These advantages are completely negated because of two or three players' selfishness, slowing the progression of those who are in lower ages. The lack of night time also decreases the already low hostile mob spawning rate, making obtaining progression-reliant mob drops even more difficult and dependent on asking other players for the spoils of their performance-unfriendly mob farms.

I suggest that the Calculator Weather Controller be banned, and those that currently exist in the world be removed, so that the server can follow natural day/night cycles and return to standard rain patterns. If players don't like being rained on in the dark, perhaps they should invest in torches, basic roofing and rain mufflers.
