Looking into this your appeal doesn't seem like a wholehearted apology. What you wrote is straight up racist and we as a network do not tolerate that in any way.

This is never the case. Chat is not blocked, and indeed is Moderated by us. Violation of our Rules and Terms will result in a punishment.

I will shorten Your Mute to 3 days from now on, please read our Rules once again, the next Violation will have to be answered with a more severe punishment.
