Launcher discontinued?

Just wondering why was the launcher discontinued? since it was a good launcher to me at least i really liked it sad to see it go

Many of the modpack creators asked for their modpacks to be removed from it

at least i learned of the reauth mod for the 1.7.10 servers... it's really really handy

You can still use the launcher, you just won't be able to update any modpacks. As you saw from the image we hope to continue it in the future, it's been awesome working with trizmo on the art for the launcher and I hope I get to do it again. Also, I'm still using the old launcher, since the other launchers like curse suck.
