how do i get a rank i did /sync but it not work

Type /sync in game and click the message it gives you in chat. Allow it to sync with your discord and you should end up here at the forums when you're done. After a few minutes you should see in chat that you have regular rank and relog so your rank can update.

Did you follow all these steps or did something go wrong along the way?
