I don't know how, why, or when i advertised another server but i'm just going with whatever happened and make sure not to do it again.

It’s been 1 1/2 years, and upon talking with some of the other staff, we have decided to give you a chance. I will caution you that since you’ll have gone through this appeal process, any advertising of other servers/networks will be met with a zero-tolerance policy.

If you make a private server and post about it, that will still considered to be advertisement. If you are unsure of what exactly breaks this rule, ask before you do.
