not to say that the owner is abusing his commands by straight off muting me and not giving me a warning saying dont do that.

I think that the owner is abusing his commands by first off deleting my messages even though i was saying the staff werent helping me. Also that he never gave me any verbal warning like saying warning - 1 he just straight off banned me.

I'll clarify for any other staff who check this - this is an appeal for a mute on the Discord server, not a mute or ban on the Minecraft servers themselves.

As for the claim of "owner abuse", the rules of the Discord server are clearly stated in the "Rules-and-Info" channel, including "Do not spam". While we sometimes do give warnings before muting people, these are generally a courtesy and are not required.

A higher-level staff member will address this appeal when they can. It is highly discouraged to ask staff to check the appeal, as this reduces the chances of approval (as asking the staff manager to check one's staff application results in an instant denial).

Just on a side note, Phyl literally owns the server. Its a private server...so he can do whatever he wants. Up to and including banning people for no reason. I have no idea what went on, so I am not saying I agree or disagree just want to make that point for anyone reading this in the future.
