I don't have access to a command to kill them, and I don't have anything on that server to kill them legitimately. You can create a ticket ingame, asking for an admin to come and kill them if they are being a bother.

How are you trying to repair it? From what I remember, you need to put the tool in the tool station/forge, and then place an ingot of the head material in. This should repair it. If you're using other miscellanious tool materials, you have to use that material to repair aswell iirc.

I took a quick look, but I didn't see anything in the logs.
