Server Issues on Sky Factory 4

Hey there! I don't know if I'm supposed to format this in some particular way but I'm currently on sky factory 4 and there are some major TPS issues that stem from entity lag that clear lag clearly isn't clearing. I think there needs to be some kind of despawn for hostile mobs because it's causing horrendous block lag issues. It's clearly not the server itself but the number of entities stacked up. It could also be someone's base causing the lag but I would have no way to know that.

umm i cant join the server it says that someone is using my name in game and they have been kicked so i have to reconnect but when i reconnect it still says
someone is using my name
