Certain EnderIO blocks do not open a GUI and visually displaces inventory items (can be solved by relogging). Blocks include Soul Binder, Sag Mill, Vacuum Chest, Slice n' Splice. I tested these blocks on singleplayer and they seem to work fine. I assume there are more blocks that are affected...
